Sound out of sync and the video stops and skips during play. Also I can't pull out my memory card.

Hi, I just purchased contourROAM2 for my tactical usage. My test videos have been very poor since the play is not smooth, jumps around and the sound is out of sync. Memory card in the slot also can't be taken out. The little slot where you can put your nail in to pull out the card is not deep enough to reach the card. Please let me know if I have a defective unit ASAP. I'm in the Army and I'm about to be deployed. I would love to get some tactical footage with your product. Thank you, waiting for your reply.
